Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Supplements 101

Let’s keep it real — and natural.

What You Actually Need (And What You Don’t)

Walk into any supplement store and you’ll see wall-to-wall tubs, powders, gummies, and promises of six-packs in six weeks. And yeah — some of it can help.

But here’s the truth:
You don’t need a cabinet full of supplements to see results.
You need smart habits, good food, and consistency. That’s it.

At Xtudio, we believe in keeping it clean and simple. If your workouts are strong and your nutrition is solid, supplements should support your routine — not replace the basics.

💊 So… Do You Even Need Supplements?

For most people? Not really.
You can absolutely build strength, lose fat, and increase energy through whole foods, good sleep, and movement. But there are a few exceptions where the right supplement can enhance your results — without going overboard.

Let’s break it down.

✅ The Only 3 Supplements We Actually Recommend

1. Protein Powder

If you’re training hard and struggling to get enough protein (50% of your plate, remember?), a good-quality protein powder is a solid backup. Especially helpful after a PowerX session or fasted RideX.

  • Look for: whey isolate, plant-based blends (pea + rice), minimal ingredients
  • Avoid: heavy sweeteners, artificial flavors, “weight gain” mixes

📝 Use it: as a post-workout shake or quick breakfast on the go.

2. Creatine Monohydrate

One of the most studied and effective supplements for strength, recovery, and lean mass. No, it won’t make you bulky — but it will help with power output and endurance in class.

  • Safe for men and women
  • 3–5g daily (consistency is key)
  • Can cause some water retention at first — totally normal

📝 Use it: daily, mixed in water or with your shake (timing doesn’t matter).

3. Electrolytes (Especially If You Fast + Sweat)

If you’re fasting, doing RideX in the Miami heat, or sweating a lot — you’re losing more than water. Electrolytes help prevent headaches, fatigue, and cramping.

  • Look for: sodium, potassium, magnesium blends
  • Avoid: sugar-loaded “sports drinks” or gimmicky brands

📝 Use it: in your water before or after class — especially if fasted.

🚫 Supplements to Skip (Or Be Cautious With)

  • Fat burners — They’re mostly caffeine and hype. Save your money.
  • BCAAs — If you’re getting enough protein, you don’t need them.
  • Testosterone boosters / “anabolic” anything — Usually ineffective or sketchy.
  • Gummy anything — Often candy disguised as health.

Remember: if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

✨ The Foundation Still Wins

Before you add anything to your routine, check these first:

  • ✅ Are you eating balanced meals (protein + veggies + fiber + water)?
  • ✅ Are you sleeping 7–8 hours?
  • ✅ Are you moving with intention 4–5x per week?
  • ✅ Are you managing stress and drinking water daily?

Supplements won’t save a broken foundation. But they can polish the edges when you’re already on the right path.

Final Word from Xtudio

We’ll always tell you this straight:
You don’t need a supplement to see results. You need a plan, a plate, and a little push.

If you want to add something, great — just keep it simple.
Start with protein, creatine, and electrolytes. Leave the rest on the shelf (for now).

And as always, if you’re unsure — reach out to Xtudio. We’ve got you.
