Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

Conquer Intermittent Fasting: Do’s & Don’ts

Intermittent fasting (IF) isn’t just a trend—it’s a lifestyle shift. Whether you’re doing it to drop a few pounds, regulate energy, or just feel less bloated AF, fasting can be a game-changer… if you do it right.

Intermittent Fasting: The Do’s, The Don’ts, and the Real Deal from the Xtudio Fam 🕒🍳

At Xtudio, we’ve got early risers crushing RideX before sunrise and PowerX beasts who train fasted like it’s no big deal. So here’s a straight-up guide to help you make the most of your fasting window—without crashing, overeating, or turning into a hangry monster.

DO: Hydrate Like a Boss

Water is your bestie during your fasting window. It keeps you full, helps flush toxins, and prevents headaches.

💧 Pro Tip: Add electrolytes (zero-calorie) if you're sweating buckets in class or living that South Florida life.

DON’T: Break Your Fast With a Buffet

After 14+ hours, your body doesn’t need a carb bomb. Ease into eating with something high in protein, healthy fats, or a handful of nuts. Think eggs, chicken, veggies, avocado toast (if you're feeling fancy).

🚫 Translation: Skip the pastelito or croqueta at first bite.

DO: Time Your Workouts Wisely

Yes, you can train fasted—but it depends on your body and goals. Some Xtudio fam hit RideX at 6 AM fasted and feel amazing. Others prefer PowerX after a light meal.

🕘 Try both and listen to your body. (Sweating through a blackout might be a sign to adjust.)

DON’T: Overdo Caffeine

That second cafecito might feel like a power move, but too much caffeine without food can make you jittery or spike cortisol. Go easy on the coffee.

☕ Rule of thumb: 1-2 cups max, no sugar, no creamers with calories during the fast.

DO: Be Consistent (But Chill)

Fasting works best when it’s part of a routine, not a punishment. You don’t have to be perfect. You do have to be consistent.

📆 Start with a simple 12:12 or 14:10 schedule, and work your way to 16:8 if it feels right.

DON’T: Obsess Over the Clock

If you’re starving at 10:30 AM and your "eating window" doesn’t start until noon... eat. Honor your body. The goal is balance—not misery.

🍽️ Intermittent fasting isn’t a race—it's a rhythm. Find yours.

🎯 Final Thoughts

Intermittent fasting can boost your energy, support weight goals, and improve how you feel inside and out—but it’s not one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re fasting for 12 hours or doing OMAD (one meal a day), the key is staying mindful, staying fueled, and staying you.

And hey—next time you're in class and crushing it fasted, just know: your body’s a machine. Treat it like one.
